Thank you for choosing Sajhapolicy.com. We provide accounting, tax, legal and Company solutions for small, medium and growing businesses. This return policy explains the rules regarding cancellations, returns and exchanges for our services and products.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders and services purchased through www.sajhapolicy.com which include but are not limited to: Accounting and Bookkeeping Services Tax and VAT Return Filing Company Registration, Name Registration, and Legal Services Trademark, License, and Permit Registration and Digital Solutions Related Services.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before processing or service commencement.
To cancel, contact us at refund@sajhapolicy.com
with your order details.
Once services have started or deliverables provided, cancellation may not be possible.
3. Accounting, Tax, and Legal Services
Prepaid services (e.g., income tax filing, VAT returns, company registration) are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
If services are incomplete or not delivered as agreed, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Partial refunds may be considered for unrendered services at our discretion.
4. Digital Solutions & Software Services
Once digital services (cloud accounting software, maintenance, or other digital solutions) have started, no refunds are available.
Exceptions may be considered if the service cannot be delivered or there is a technical issue. Proof must be provided to our support team.
5. Physical Documents or Licenses
Any physical documents or certificates provided are subject to return/exchange rules.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error or defect is on our part.
6. Refund Process
1- Submit a refund request via refund@sajhapolicy.com
2- Include your order/service details and reason for refund.
3- Requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
4- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days..
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after services have started.
Digital or digital solution services once initiated.
Services completed as per the agreed scope.
8. Exchange Policy
Defective documents, certificates, or physical items can be replaced within 7 days.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
